Comsource's Rental Management Program is our assurance to you that the solution provided to your requirements is achieved with the highest quality rental equipment, and with the best service possible to ensure the effective communication result you expect at Comsource.

FREE Spare Equipment

On site spare equipment is supplied to allow for immediate replacement of non operational radio equipment. Replacement units are despatched immediately upon advice from site to replenish the spares holding.

Equipment Turnarounds

Any equipment failure is replaced within 24 hours during normal working days. If equipment fails after office hours, the on site spare equipment can be utilised immediately to eliminate any down time. Upon notification of equipment failure, replacement equipment is sent directly to site on the next working day.

Battery Replacement Program

A ratio of 25% spare batteries are included in the Rental Management Program. The batteries used in two way radios build up with memory over time that will reduce the radios overall performance. Comsource International offers free battery replacements as they are required. This ensures that the equipment is at 100% optimum performance at all times.

Service and Maintenance

All general service and maintenance is carried out off site. This is made possible by the swap out of faulty equipment and the utilisation of on site spares. Service and Maintenance due to radio equipment failure and ‘fair wear and tear’ is included within the rental service fee. Physical damage, damage from liquid ingress, AC power surge or loss and theft are charged at discounted rates.

24 Hour Support Network

Comsource realises the need for 24 hour service and support, 365 days a year. Staff can be contacted at any time, either at the office or after hours to ensure an immediate response to any enquiry. Simply call 1800 133 750 to contact your nearest Comsource International Representative.

Buy Back Equipment

The option to buy back existing equipment is offered at an agreed value and credited against future equipment rental costs.

Engineering the Right Solution

Company’s often have specific requirements that need to be met in regards to communication infrastructure and radio functionality. Comsource International engineers solutions for these requirements to ensure our clients are achieving maximum results from their communication system. These solutions can either be infrastructure choices such as solar powered repeater systems, trunk systems, multi site solutions or increased radio functionality by utilising features such as paging, caller ID, mandown alarms and emergency calls.

Supply Current Technology Equipment

Provide current technology Motorola communication equipment and accessories. As developments are made in the radio industry companies are assured of current, high performance equipment.

Freight

Comsource covers the freight costs when despatching radios and equipment to site and requests clients to reciprocate with the return of goods for maintenance and at the end of any rental period.

Short Term Requirements

All contract duration's and radio quantities are catered for and will receive all the value adding benefits and quality endorsed service of Comsource International’s ‘Rental Management Program’.

Documentation Control

Comsource maintain and manage all documentation utilising a specifically modified Software Management System to cater for Comsource’s and its clients specific needs. At any time, reports such as Current Stock Reports, Activity Reports and Dispatch / Receipt Details can be forwarded by fax or e-mail at any time.

Capital Preservation

Hiring equipment provides an avenue for capital preservation and allows 100% tax deductibility of rental costs against your revenue budget.

Flexible Accounting Methods

Invoices can be issued on a per department, contractor or whole site basis. Credit card facilities can be made available upon request.
